Master BR Tv & Wally - 22 Phaeton 40IH?
Trying to get our Dish network to work. It was working and now no go. Dish says it’s a HDMI cable connection issue and if not that it’s the Wally box. I’m very suspect of the HDMI being an issue but need to verify.
Question: How do you get behind the Master BR Tv? I can’t see or get a hand back there. Anyone know how to get that TV away from the mount?

It is held on by a really strong magnet. You should be able to pull out from bottom.

The HDMI cable from the BR TV goes directly to the A/V cabinet and the HDMI/Cat6 splitter so you shouldn't have to pull the TV off the wall. First thing to check is open the cabinet and make sure you are getting power to the splitters and the LED is lighted. If not, make sure the 12v power switch is turned on. The splitters are a known failure item and can be replaced by the much less expensive J-Tech brand. That one is compatible with the original HDMI decoders behind each TV as I've had to replace both of mine over the years.

LtDan - do you have a part number or link to the J-Tech box?

Thanks Lt Dan - I located the spliters and they are showing that they are powered. I'm guessing we have a dirct TV issue with the account or with the Wally.
Shawn - That must be a really strong magnet. I have pulled a hard as I dare, I'm afraid I'll break something.
Thanks to you both for the promt reply.

There are different mounts, but ours has a few screws underneath the TV then it pulls out from the bottom and lits off. Power your Wally off by unplugging it, then plug it back in. You should be able to see the Wally splash screen on the TV in the bedroom since it's a direct HDMI feed and does not use the Cat6 decoders. Do you have HDMI to the TVs from your BluRay player? If so, swap HDMI cables from the Wally to the BluRay input and see if you have anything. It would be rare that both splitters would go out at the same time. Just for reference, here's a generic layout for the way Tiffin wires their A/V equipment.

Do the other tvs work? If so then you know it’s most likely the connection. If your HDMI connectors are the flexible ones, this may also be the problem.

Lt Dan - I owe you a beer! Not sure what happened but apparently the splitters were powered off somehow The red power led was on for both but the In/Out green lights were off on both. I rebooted them and the satellite/wally is working.
THANKS Lt Dan!

Mine did same, I called DISH and they said my wallet was bad, but it was not, I made sure I have internet when I got home and turned the switch above the driver cabinet to satellite not cable and when it located the sat i mashed the home button twice and it get you setup. Then go to settings and toggle over to diagnostics and run it and update too. Mine worked and i have two satellites found.
