Mike Thompsons RV for Repairs?

Just wondering if anyone has used Mike Thompson's RV in southern California for repairs and or service on their Tiffin coach? Has your experience been good or bad and why?

Purchased our motorhome from MTRV Cathedral City, Ca.. Have used MTRV in Fountain Valley, Ca. and was satisfied with their work. Have not tried their other locations.
Service writer used was Max Baddely and always kept me updated with a phone call or email.

Other service shops used are Redlands RV in Redlands, Ca. and Temecula Valley RV, Murrieta, Ca.. Both of these vendors don't sell RV's and just perform service and installation type work.

They have fixed my brothers power awning about 5 times so far, same issue go's out won't go in...

We purchased our RV from MTRV in Santa Fe Springs. We have used the Santa Fe and Fountain Valley store for warranty work. Service Writer, Corey Smith in FV has done a reasonably good job in handling our warranty repairs, however, don't expect a quick turnaround time. Since they are close to my home in Huntington Beach, I will continue to use Corey for my warranty repairs, but will definitely shop for competitive pricing with non-warranty items. I would prefer to find a smaller shop where you can get to know the actual mechanic. Mike Thompson's is a big shop.
