MSRP 2011 Phaeton

DW and I are about ready to pull the trigger on a 2011 Phaeton, I would like to know the MSRP, this is a 40 QBH pretty basic as far as add ons.

I cant find msrp but at 4 years old and without an options list it would mean little.
I suggest searching on PPL to see what similar coaches have actually sold for. Example:

http://www.pplmotorhomes.com/sold/di...otor-homes.htm

Best of luck!

Thanks Dave. We have been actively searching internet for last five months and we see comp prices from 159,000 to 199,990, this unit is at 189,900, but the dealer is reasonably close by, if it is all he claims we'll probably pop the button.

I paid $184,000 for used 2013 40QBH this past April. Loaded with all the options. So that price seems high.

If the dealer is at 190 and has not negotiated, I would offer 170 and see if they budge a bit. The discussion is all about YOUR money.
Just sayin....

See

And there is always room in a quoted price.

Try this site: Tiffin Past Pricing There's no listing for the 2011 Phaeton, but there is for the 2010 and 2012, so I think you could extrapolate between the two.

Are you aware of the Phaeton problems during that time period? If not, I suggest you go over to the Tiffin forum and do some research.

You're not going to get a MSRP since that's for new vehicles (M = Manufacturer's), but you can search for Blue Book or NADA; RV Prices, Values & Reviews - NADAguides

Thanks everyone for your assistance, we have arrived at a doable price, I have queried regarding the big 3 problems to see if they have been addressed, not got an answer back, had a fine rock chip and small crack running to the corner of the windshield and that has to be fixed before I agree. They have not looked at my Coachmen trade in but we are in agreement with its value. It's in the shop here getting a fuel line replaced.

The NADA guide will give you the MSRP after you enter the options. Might not be exact but better than throwing darts at a dartboard to find out.

I suggest searching on PPL to see what similar coaches have actually sold for. Example:

Used Diesel Motor Homes Sold - PPL Motor Homes

Best of luck!

How do you get the PPL site to show "sold" MHs? I'm trying to get it to display "sold" THs. But I can't find that link on their site.
