New Tiffin
Thank you for letting me join this group. I just purchased a new Tiffin Allegro Red. I went to go move it from storage and it was working fine a few days ago. Now, the rear camera, internal lights, and front shades are not working. What did I do?!?!?! I appreciate any help as I am new to RV life.

Sounds like your house batteries are dead or deeply discharged. Did you turn off your house batteries and the inverter when you parked the coach? If the batteries are too deeply discharged, the onboard charging system is not going to bring them back - you are going to have to use a heavier duty charger.

As Roger said, your house batteries are dead or low. When storing a Tiffin without being plugged into power, you should disconnect both house and chassis batteries with the cutoff switches. On some new Tiffins there is also a cut off switch to the inverter. If you don’t have one of these, make sure the inverter is off by turning it off at the inverter or disconnecting the house battery negative cable at the batteries.

I had the same symptoms the first time I drove my Palazzo. Batteries were fine, I just discovered the switch that turns on the coach batteries was switched off. In my case, it was just unfamiliarity with the motorhome, not a battery issue.

WhippetTaxi may be correct. The 12v disconnect switch by the door turns off almost all 12v power to the house part of the coach. The only thing you mentioned that's not on the house batteries is the rear camera, at least on ours it's on the chassis batteries.

Rear camera was one of the issues she mentioned above. That’s why I thought it might be as simple as the switch.
Edit: I misunderstood. On my motorhome (different brand), the rear and side cameras are all tied to the coach batteries. Didn’t realize some were hooked to the chassis batteries.

I am sort of assuming the cameras are on the chassis batteries because they don't work when the chassis batts are disconnected. However, they could be powered from the house and just switched when the ignition is on.

Not sure about the RED but on ours, there is a switch on the dash to switch the radio and cameras from chassis to coach batteries.
