New Tiffin Owner
Howdy!!!!
I am Jeffrey Henning.. I just joined the forum... I have ordered my 1st Allegro Open Road 32 SA it will be here in May...hopefully the snow won't!
I know once it gets here I will have a gazillion questions.....
Right now we have a ton of snow in Wisconsin but I am trying to think ahead on where to put this machine. I marked off a 14' x 40' area for the new arrival. my current question would be for this cold weather environment what concrete thickness and rebar should I be asking my contractors to supply? ( unit weight 22-23K) That's all for now! Have a good one!

Congrads on the new coach
Just remember to build it bigger so down the road you will be able to fit that 45' Bus in it, you know it will happen.

Welcome to the forum. We too at waiting. Sorry I can't help with the weather question. We left the snowy mountains of Colorado for good and store only in warmer temps. You might want to post your questions on some of the many Class A thread here on the forum.
Good luck and remember to enjoy the adventure.

Are you building a building or just a parking pad?

Welcome, my advice is to speak with a GOOD concrete contractor. He will have the answers to your questions based on local climate knowledge. I know in CT, the footing had to be over 3’ because of the frost line
Depending on the load, they use a steel square mesh of various thickness in the floor.

Glad to have you here in the forum with us. You're gonna like it here.
Congrats on your new Tiffin. Best of luck with it.
A good concrete contractor should know what you need.
Happy Trails!!!

Personally I would just spread a load or 2 of gravel to park it on unless asthetics come in to play. Enjoy

You need to talk to a local concrete contractor/company in your area. They will be able to tell you what is required for your needs.
Check out the Tiffin RV Network for more info on Tiffins. Most of the members are Tiffin owners. No advertising and they accept donations to keep the site up and running.
