Do you have HDMI connections to your TVs or the component cables (3 + 2) cabling?

If you have the component cabling, you need to make sure the correct Red cable is plugged into the audio channels and the Red/White cables are plugged into the TV. HDMI transmits sounding picture over a single cable. In either case, you need to locate the splitters (passenger side, first bay, ceiling of bay) and reboot that.

luvlabs is correct. Most satellite dish receivers are set up to work off of the "component" wiring. (I recently had the Direct service guy out on a problem and he wanted to change my set up from HDMI to component. But HDMI gives me a far superior picture.). If the audio jack is plugged in correctly, you won't get any sound.
