Can anyone buy parts at tiffin,& how too?

Yep. If you are at Red Bay, just go in to the store at the camp ground. If you'd like something by mail, call 256-356-0261 and follow the prompts.

Obviously if you need a cabinet or something they need to build, they will need a few days.

If calling about parts, or even if you're in Red Bay, it helps to have your VIN handy. With your VIN, they will be able to find out exactly what is in your unit, even if they made a design change during the model year.

Purchases by phone, and at the campground STORE are at full retail. BUT, while at Red Bay purchases inside at the parts counter are much less than retail. This is not advertised, but I have first hand knowledge when I ordered a part by phone. Then had to exchange it in person to get the correct part it was much less.
