I opened up that box, which looks the same as the photo @bentjm posted expect there are no breakers on the front, and the box is full of wires, many of which plug in to the back of where the breakers would be. I did not see breakers or fuses in that box.
Seems odd that there are not dedicated breakers or fuses for the seats but I'm a little out of my depth here so maybe it's not that big of a deal.

That does seem strange. There has to be something that acts as a fuse/circuit breaker for all of those circuits.
