You didn't mention the make of your shades. I suggest you use Google to search for the manufacturer and see if they have any troubleshooting or service documents available.
On a 2018 I'm sure you still have coverage, so on both the speedometer and the shade I suggest you have your dealer deal with the issues. Check that the tires and wheels are the proper size, but from the amount of error in the speedo I'd suggest it's a simple programming adjustment needed.
The gearing in the shade motor may have shifted on their shafts or the motor has moved a bit. Again, the dealer should deal with this issue.
