Purchase advice for 05 Phaeton

Hello Tiffin Owners! We are new to RV's and are looking to make our first purchase. We found a 2005 Phaeton that we are pretty much in love with! We have never owned any kind of camper or motorhome and don't know what we should be looking for. Can you guys give us some advice on this model? Are there any known issues with them?

Check the wet bay floor for sagging and if equipped the driver's side slide for soft spots at the leading and trailing edges of the exterior floor. Both are common problems that could mean a trip to Red Bay and some out of pocket $$$ for repair due to age of coach. Both have been addressed on our 2006 QSH.
