Questions about a 07 Allegro Bus

Hello all,
I am looking at possibly buying a 2007 Allegro Bus 40 QDP on a Spartan MM Chassis with a 400 hp Cummins and 3000 Allison Trans.
At there any issues with this coach or chassis that I need to be aware of or concerned about?
What is the wheel cut for this chassis, 55 deg?
What would I expect to get in fuel mileage with this coach, understanding varing driving habits?
I am presently own a 2007 Allegro Bay 34XB on a W22 chassis, so this will be a huge upgrade for us.

Thanks for any info y'all come share with we prior to making this purchase.

By the way,
The Allegro Bus has 35,000 miles on it, side radiator. The dealer is asking $181k and will get $91k for my Bay, both coaches are in great condition. Is this a fair deal?

I have an 07 (42QRP) and mine has been solid. There are a few area's that you should make certain Tiffin has fixed: The wet bay panel underneath the fresh tank. If it has any sag it needs to be replaced. Tiffin has been warranting this work. Check the roof radius for cracks. Get a rubber mallet and tap all the slide flooring from the outside to check for rot. If you have the original shocks they are very harsh. You likely would want to replace them with Koni or Bilstein comfort series. As far as price I can't really say. When you involve a trade it muddies things up a bit. It would appear you are being quoted retail to full retail pricing.

Camping world in Lowell, Arkansas has a 2007 42 ft quad slide model. I do not remember the exact details but you can look it up on camping world website. What I remember is 2007 Tiffin Allegro Bus. under 30,000 miles. Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer. Asking price 190,0000 I drove the vehicle. It was nice and drove very well. I have a 2005 38ft and decided that I did not want to pay the difference between the two. The unit was in very nice shape.

I haven't shopped around for it so I don't know what a realistic price is but NADA lists the 07 Bus on Spartan as low value of $141k, avg retail of $170k (2007 Allegro ALLEGRO BUS Series M-40QDP SPARTAN 400 Standard Equipment, Prices & Specs - NADAguides) so at $181k it seems pretty high to me.

To compare, here are a few currently available on eBay:

07 AB 43QRP asking 169k obo (2007 Tiffin Allegro Bus 43QRP 42.6ft Diesel Class A Motorhome, 4 Slide Outs! in RVs & Campers | eBay Motors)
08 AB 43QRP buy-it-now $189k (2008 Tiffin Allegro Bus 43 QRP w/ 4 slides, residential refrig, sleep number bed in RVs & Campers | eBay Motors)
07 AB 40QSP asking $149k obo (2007 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40QSP 34K Miles Hydro Hot Heating Garage Kept 4 Slides in RVs & Campers | eBay Motors)

Here are a few that recently sold:
07 AB 42QRP sold for $165k (2007 TIFFIN ALLEGRO BUS 42QRP QUAD SLIDE TAG AXLE DIESEL RV EXTRA CLEAN! in RVs & Campers | eBay Motors)
08 AB 40QRP sold for $145k (2008 ALLEGRO BUS QUAD SLIDE DIESEL TIFFIN 16K MILES 40' NICE COACH NO RESERVE! in RVs & Campers | eBay Motors)

As far as the questions on the chassis, don't know about the Spartan but 07 Freightliner had 60 deg cut. This site has a lot of info on Tiffin's so might have the actual specs for the chassis (http://www.rvtechlibrary.com/). Actually, here are the spec on the 07 AB 40' on Spartan (http://www.rvtechlibrary.com/chassis...2007_40bus.pdf) - 55 cut, 34300 GVWR, 49300 GCWR

And as you mentioned, mileage really varies by driving habit and location but I'm guessing most people would get around 7-8mpg.
