Did this set up work for you?
I have issues filling up here in California with my 2020 34PA as well. I have the grommets from Amazon, but still struggle with the gas station nozzles even using the grommets. I have tried one and two grommets.

I ave a 2022 34pa which had this problem. I went underneath the motorhome behind the filler spout and put a heavy duty snap tie around the filler tube to raise it up. I now have no issues with the pump handles not fitting.

Can you possibly post some photos of how you did that? Sounds like a great idea!

I still haven't had an opportunity to test it. The motorhome is in winter storage and I don't know when we'll be back in California; possibly soon to have a recall done for the rear differential oil issue.

Any one else have this problem?
If you go underneath the motor home and where the filler spout comes through the fiberglass you can put a heavy duty snap tie on the filler tube pulling it up. It changes the angle of the opening so the nozzle goes all the way in.

This is what I use on my 2020 34PA.
This is a vacuum lint adapter used to clean clothes dryers that I added some poly tubing (from home depot) and it allows compression of those vapor recovery nozzles they use in California. Unfortunately you still have to use 2 hands to get it to work and you cannot walk away.
This makes it tiring to fill with 80 gallons of fuel. I am always so glad to leave California and be able to fill up with ease Click image for larger version

Fuel filling problem

I have a 2022 32SA and was having the same problem. Had it fixed in Red Bay. Tech put a new filler neck in and it cured the problem. Tiffin was very aware of the issue.

Makes ya wonder why they keep shipping them that way - couldn't they just do it right the first time? I just don't get how they want to do all of these unnecessary warranty repairs.

Rear wheel well between the engine exhaust and the generator exaust.
Thanks,
Another poster noted a tire failure could take out the fill neck. Also concerned about the generator exhaust.

Consider this how about a duel fill location? I'm considering the DS and PS rear endcap side location.
Comments on this idea?
