Recliner Sofa in a 40QBH
For those of you with a 40QBH with the entertainment center and the sleeper sofa here is an alternative that will give you a sofa or two recliners in one package for that small 68" opening. I ordered this online from http://shop4seats.com/rv-seating.html in true UltraLeather to match the driver's & passenger's captains chairs. The installation was done by Bunk House Conversions. I had the sofa shipped direct to them and scheduled the installation, no muss, no fuss, and in and out in 1 day.

Is your new couch sitting on a raised slidout floor. How many inches is the gap?

Yes it is sitting in exactly the same place as the Flexsteel sofa bed. The gap from the tile floor to the bottom of the recliner sofa is the same as it was with the sofa bed, approximately 3 1/4 inches-slide extended. Seat height is exactly the same as the sofa bed, approximately 21 1/4 inches-slide extended.

Are the recliners wall huggers and are they powered?

I did a similar thing on our 2013 Bus. However, we went with a residential double recliner with a storage console between. I also extended the slide-out floor with rollers underneath. The double recliner sets in the 68" opening and I bolted it to the slide out floor. We found the residential to be much more comfortable than anything specific for a MH. Now, it's hard to stay awake through an entire movie.

Yes, they are powered, but an electrical plug had to be installed to furnish power to the recliners.
The recliner sofa is a wall hugger design but it had to sit approximately 3 inches from the wall to clear the window valences in this particular installation.

I would like to do this upgrade but want guest sleeping ability (family, grandkids). Without sleeper sofa I guess I’d have to put air mattress on the floor.

That looks SO comfy. I'm sure you'll enjoy many happy snoozes there.
You know, with so many owners chucking the crappy j-couches & sleeper couches to put in dual reclining loveseats, you'd think the mfr's would pick up on that & offer them more. Some are starting to, but not enough. And those that do, the backs are usually quite short (to clear window lambrequins), so you have to scrunch down to really recline.
