Red Bay Appointment

Has anyone had trouble getting an appointment for Red Bay. In the past we have successfully made an appointment with our other MH. We have also just gone there and waited our turn.

We have a new coach with some issues and we wanted to add something. The last two times, including just this past Tuesday, we have not had any call back or email from them. I thought we understood the process, but maybe not. We called at 12:01 and left a message with Peggy and also sent email. Got NOTHING!!! Any suggestions short of calling Mr Bob Tiffin himself? Has anyone been successful in calling them and asking for Mr Tiffin?

I'm guessing you missed the message they put out on Jan.2nd 2013, Seems they made some huge changes to the way they are accepting warranty work...I had tried calling several times and never got a reply or return call...
Did get a call from a tech that is working on our coach today though.
If you really want to get a response from them.
Send Bob a written letter. He does respond! At least he did to mine and was prepared to bend over backwards to see to it I got things done to my satisfaction.
It seems they are restructuring the way they take appointments and what kind of appointments they are accepting. Coaches over 2 years...well all I can say is good luck. Need a paint job? Good luck! Time will tell how it all plays out.

With the new system that started this week, you can make an appointment by computer for service during April, May and June of this year. And appointments will only be made for rigs that are one or two years old. I made an appointment for warranty work to be done on my coach via the computer on Wednesday very easily. I also had a question concerning getting warranty work getting done after my 12 month warranty expired and asked Peggy to call me back. She did so on Thursday. Upon furnishing a list of repair items and because I cannot get an appointment prior to the end of my warranty in April, TMH will take care of the list under the original factory warranty.
