Thank you!

If you are still in warranty then you can go to the Tiffin Service Center at no cost but you will have to wait. We will be in Red Bay in 4 weeks and have appointments with 2 vendors, thus since I have appointments I hope to be in and out in a matter of days (I am out of warranty with a 2020 RED37BA). Attached PDF is a list of vendors. Hope this list helps. Just from what I have read from many postings here and other places I would avoid LD (I did, got quote but did not buy).
Your PDF is a great resource! Thank you for put putting it together!

If you are on Facebook there are several Tiffin groups you can join and get so much information that is Tiffin specific. Some of the groups include:

Tiffin Motorhome Owners Group
Tiffin Red Bay Roll Call
Tiffin Check In
Tiffin Motorhomes Technical Group

The PDF is from the Red Bay Roll Call group, the Admin put it together and is updated quarterly.

Unfortunately, Lazy Days service has plummeted almost to the level as Camping World. This is really a shame because the Crown Club is wonderful, or at least it was the last time we were there three years ago.

As others urge, Red Bay is your first choice for Tiffin work.

Not even a close call - Red Bay. Going to RB is a 'right of passage' for Tiffin owners. You will need your toad. Make the excursion to RB a local sightseeing trip, and see the local areas in AL & MS. Take a plant tour. Say hi to Bob Tiffin - a delightful guy with great stories. Bring some adult beverages! Drive the Natchez Trace Parkway to Tupelo and see the sights there! You will be happy you chose RB!

Doubtful you will see Bob since he basically retired in July after the sale to Thor. As I understand, he is only in the office once or twice a week for a few hours.

I purchased our coach around the same time you did. We had some issue which we thought the dealer would handle.. No dice, he had our coach sent to RED BAY.. 2000 miles put on our coach later we still had alot of the same issues. I called Mr. Tiffin and he extended our warranty another year. I received the extension paperwork in the mail a week later and decide to take the coach to Red Bay ourselves. Everybody in RED BAY is extremely nice including the kid at the candy store. Tiffin must spend a $$$ on happy juice.. Anyway, They fixed every single item on our punch list including a few things we didn't notice. My advice to you is, Go to Red Bay and get your coach fixed right while under the extended warranty. The only thing that I will warn you about is you must be patient, we were there a complete week in the service center campground before we got into a bay for repairs. BTW, Red Bay is all about Tiffin, If you need other service including oil changes, under coach lighting, LED head lights, Just about any upgrade, It's all there in Red Bay. I had all of the fore mentioned items done to my coach and I couldn't be happier. We where in Red Bay from September 6th to September 10th 2021.
If you have any questions, please let me know as I have tons of information packets I got from the Allegro Club.

LazyDays is NOT the company it used to be. We went there the first time is April 2000 and for the last time in May 2021. We will NEVER go back again. They are not the company they used to be. Customer Service, what is that. I would not trust them to repair anything, they return NO phone calls or emails. All they want to do is sell you the coach and do not let the door hit you in the ass on the way out because it closes fast.
