Replace Sofa yes still keep seatbelts and use them?

I have a 2016 OR PA34 and am thinking of replacing the L-Sofa with a custom made desk. BUT... This would prevent the ability to carry other people in the coach since the only other seat belts are under this sofa.

Has anyone come up with a solution on how to remove the sofa yet maybe have a temporary chair with seatbelts when needed? I am guessing I would only need these seats once or twice a year, but also pretty sure I can't do without some replacement for these seatbelted seats. (DW would not allow as the kids may join us from time to time.)
Thanks!

When needed....remove the desk and place 2 recliners in its place so 2 people can sit belted in

There was a post on one of the forums about a couple who installed automotive seats for their grandkids to have a safe seating position when traveling in the RV.
