Residential Refrigerator

I have a 2019 RED 33AA - just wanting to know whats the proper way the refrig should be setup when the coach is in storage. I have a 110v outlet in the storage shed to allow power to operate the refrig.

So is it best to run the refrig all the time or just when the coach is being used?

you run your refrigerator at home all the time. so i don't see how it would hurt to plug in and run the rv refrigerator all the time. do you plan to eave stuff in the refrigerator? then run it. you might even be able to use it as a secondary or overflow refrigerator for your house.

if you are going to take everything out of it then i would consider not running it. they cool down in only a couple of hours once you plug them in. if nothing is in it why waste the electricity.

We empty ours out so I shut it down and leave the doors open to prevent mildew and mold.

Mine is always on unless going for service. We use it as second fridge when we’re going to be at home.

Shut it down, clean it out and leave doors open. No sense in running it if not in use

I have mine running for 2 years never turn it off. I do have it on a Plug-in timer to turn off at midnight & back on at 6am in the winter months.
