Return to Tiffin
Hi All , We started RV'ing many years ago in a Class C ( 1980 Ford wings of Shasta ) progressing to 2 Holiday Ramblers ( 1986 &1996 ) , Winnebago Journey ( 2000 ) Allegro Bus 40QSP ( 2009 ) which took us from Vacationers to Full Timers , Entegra Anthem 44A continuing as FT'mers until Dec 2024 when we sold it and moved into our Port Charlotte , Fl. House , that took forever to build thinking we were finally done with the RV Travel .
Well not so !
After 13 months and enduring our first Florida Summer we just purchased a very well cared for low mileage 2019 Open Road 32SA which pleasantly surprised us with the layout and handling mostly Thanks to SUMO factory suspension and steering stabilizer etc and while certainly not a DP this will fill the ability to travel North to visit our N.E. Family .
We didn't want new nor COVID timeframe RV and while the 7.3 v8 gas is a bit more powerful the 6.8 v10 is a proven engine .
We're very HAPPY to be back in a TIFFIN !

Congrats on your return to RVing! We also had an Allegro Bus 40QSP (2006). It was a wonderful coach. After the Allegro Bus, we took a hiatus from RVing for about 4 years, RV'd for 5 years, and then another break for 5 years. I never thought we'd get another. But we did. LOL.
We use our motorhome primarily to escape summer weather too -- we're in Palm Springs, CA. We go up to Big Bear Lake where it's usually in the 80's when it's in the 110's during the Palm Springs summers.
The Open Road coaches look like great motorhomes. Enjoy!

Glad to have you back in the Tiffin family, Hayman! And sevd, if you ever consider a Tiffin and have questions, let us know!
Wishing you both happy travels while you're roughing it smoothly!

Thank You ! Very nice to hear directly from Tiffin ( Jayne Farley ) and when we owned our Bus we had the pleasure of interacting with Mr Bob Tiffin several times and it appears his Grandson , Leigh is making every attempt to follow in his Grandfathers footsteps to the best of his ability which in our opinion is what made Tiffin stand tall compared to most other RV Manufacturers .
