Do you mean blistering as in bubbles, or as in cracks, or ... got pictures?

If its splitting apart I would maybe take a close look at the exterior, the roof may be trying to cave in due to rotting wood likely from water leaks or termites or carpenter ants.
Although if someone resealed the roof with the wrong stuff or did a bad job that could be it.

Is it the clear coat that is coming apart? Pretty common on the roof.

We have a 2014 PHaeton that had blistering bubbles under our skin into thousand 15 we went back to the factory and they took the end caps loose and shot glue up under it to reseal it and then resealed the end caps all is good now factory guarantees that forever you can actually make a appointment with Tiffin to get this done that is about the only thing you can make a appointment for at the factory

What you are experiencing is a common problem. Unless it is really bad Tiffin's response will be to leave it alone. Your roof is glued to a plywood substrate underneath and glue is not spread as evenly as it should be. If you ever post a picture we can look at it and pretty much tell you you if you might have a problem.
Most of the small bubbles are not going to give you any problems. On the large bubbles, your dealer or Tiffin will inject glue and place some heavy weights to flatten things out. You do want to send a photo to Tiffin Service so they can log it in your warranty file.

I have a comment/ question about you above comment. On my roof the only place the fiberglass roof is down against the plywood is where things like the ACs, TV antenna, vents and other things are attached. Away from those thing you can push down on the fiberglass and there is a gap before it touches the plywood. in some spots it goes down 1/4 inch. It has been that way from the first time I got on the roof not long after I bought it New.
Is what you are saying is the the entire roof fiberglass should be glued to the roof plywood??

The roof is actually a relatively thin piece of fiberglass that is bonded to the underlying plywood substrate. The fiberglass part is bonded with glue and a giant air bag to the structural part of the roof.
I would take photos and write an explanation of what you are observing and email them to don.boyd@tiffinmotorhomes.com. Then give Don a call and ask him what you need to do to get this repaired. You will likely need to plan on a trip to Red Bay or an inspection by the Tiffin area rep at the very least.
