Not sure of your year but if you have the roof AC drains, they usually terminate at the rear of the coach in the engine compartment, ours on the the PS.
Chances are the lines are plugged or the pump has failed. You can blow the lines out from the ac unit with low air pressure. Also check to see if the pumps are working, sometimes all they need is a little lubrication.
Another problem is mud daubers blocking the duckbill ends of the drain lines. I just took mine off.

Look inside the right side of your rear cap. If there are two or three PEX lines hanging down those are the A/C drains. If you don't have those drains then your year model may have those as standard and the A/Cs just drain onto the roof.

We're going up the coast (FL) to look at a '15 Phaeton 36GH tomorrow. When we made our initial visit I noticed air conditioning condensate was dripping off the roof. In reading this thread a few other I think it safe to assume (yikes that word) the drain or drains are clogged. Thoughts, comments......Thanks.

There is a small pump inside the A/C unit that sends the condensate to the drain lines. Either the pump is frozen up (an easy change) or the drain lines are plugged which can be easily blown out. Your 2015 Phaeton definitely should have the drain lines because even our 2015 RED had them. It's also possible the previous owner changed out the A/C unit for one that doesn't have the condensate pump.

LT Dan is spot on. On the end of the drain lines is a duck bill made of rubber. These tend to stick together and not allowing water to flow. Typically you can squeeze them together (the duck bill) and get water flowing. If the duck bills are pliable then you could have a condensation pump not working. In side the roof unit there is a small pump that sets close to or in a trough. As the trough fills with water the pump kicks on and pushes the water through the drain hose. Usually a little WD-40 gets them going again. Although you probably want to plan on replacing them as the WD-40 trick is not a long lasting repair.

If I remember correctly when I owned a 2013 Phaeton the drain hoses terminate in the left front and the right rear.

Thanks folks, I appreciate the info. We're headed up to look at it this morning, hopefully I can determine what the problems, with my luck it won't be the cheap or easy solution.

I crawled around under the RV today and I found these two line hanging down on the drivers side of the engine compartment area near the radiator. I guess these are the duckbills you folks are referring to (?)

Yup, that’s them, give the duckbills a squeeze and see if any water comes out. They might be clogged. I took mine off soon after getting the bus.

Thanks! My neighbor with a big Entegra said his drain tubes didn't have a duckbill from the factory and recommending removing them as well. I need to do a bit more trouble shooting and see if the condensate pumps are at least coming on, and do a general cleaning under both A/C covers.
