Roof waves?

Hey folks, I have a 2014 Tiffin 34TGA. Last summer I notice a few spots on my roof were loose or bouncy. Well got up there this week to clean and prep for summer get away. Well there are many many loose spots and the roof is wavy.
It appears the adhesive (below) is failing. Have any of you experienced this? is there a possible repair??? or is my roof toast?
Feed back is appreciated.

The roof on my bus is doing the same thing. After I first noticed it, I took it to Red Bay. They explained that they do not glue the fiberglass sheet to the sub roof due to differences in the expansion coefficients of the different parts of the roof. I was just on my roof several weeks ago and all looks good.

In the last several days, I watched a video of an inspection of a 2005 Tiffin. The inspector noted several areas where the roof sheet did not appear to be attached. He indicated that it was not uncommon and not a cause for concern.
