Rooftop Antennas

Hey all, I’ve got a new to me 2005 32BA and as I was cleaning the roof I noticed the AM/FM antenna spins and seems relatively loose. I’d like to tighten it up but not sure if I need to have someone on the inside to hold a wrench. Has anyone seen how these are assembled through the roof? A section view of the mounts would be helpful if anyone has something like that to share. Just curious, thanks.

Steve

Hi Steve and Welcome to IRV2 with your first post.

There is no access inside the coach to the base of the antenna. The only thing you can do is try to turn and tighten it from the top.

Thanks for the reply Lt. Dan, I’ll give it a twist and see how it goes, I was worried I’d be twisting up the cable underneath.
