I bought a 2015 in 2020 and ours was acting up when I bought it. Replacement corrected the false alarms.

Several ways - you need to get to “Your Control Panel” then edit your signature.

One way is by clicking the “Quick Links” drop down in the green bar under the Search box.

Or by clicking on “User CP” and scrolling down the left hand column on the page to “Edit Signature”.
