Satellite A/B switch
I would like to add a switch to change from my roof mounted satellite dish to the outside tripod without changing the cable every time. Is there such a device for satellite? I know there is voltage that runs down the coax to power the LNB so I don't think a regular TV antenna switch will work.

What year/model coach do you have? Most Tiffin’s that came with a roof mounted satellite antenna already have that switch and a tripod connection in the wet bay.

As an old guy with a lot of running cable for TV experience (USS Midway complete rewiring was my largest project - 7 MILES of RG-59 we ran.).
Any switch, connector or such attenuates (lessens) the signal strength.
As mentioned, look for such a switch. RV builders have very strange ways of hiding things that could be obvious. And I don't like 'auto sensing' switches.
The powered one as linked in the second post looks very good if you cannot find one. Such a switch should be close to the Dish receiver connection.

I have the same a/b switch connected to I assume the tripod mount. I never used it as I didnt want to lessen the quality.
