Satellite TV Repair Help

I have a 2007 Phaeton and am having issues with using the Satellite receivers. I have 2 receivers and cannot seem to get a good signal to the back TV. The switch box switches the main TV signal back there and mirrors what is being watched in the main coach. I can put my carry out in the yard and use the 2 outputs to get both working but I have to run one cable through the window in the bedroom, not what I want to do.

I live in Maryland but am will to travel to get this fixed. Is there anyone or any place I can drop this sucker off at to have something done to fix my issue that anyone can recommend.

I am tired of swapping cables and by-passing boxes to figure this out..

Does your 2007 have a cable input and a tripod input in one of the bays? If so use the tripod input for your carry out.

If you are using a Tailgater for a portable I don't think it will work hooking it up to the tripod connection. I have to hook mine directly to the receiver.

Instead of running the cable through a window run it between the slide and seal.

I have seen a couple of RVers install a new connection in a convenient location on the outside of the RV.

Thanks all, I am dropping the coach off in the morning and asking for a new connection point to be installed as well as the other fixes needed.
