Sea Level Tank Gauges

Yesterday both on the Spyder Control and the indicators in the utility bay I have no readings for any of the tanks, not even a ZERO. On the Spyder it shows some dashes where the numbers usually are. I have disconnected and reconnected both Chassis and House batteries. Unless I am missing a control panel somewhere, all breakers are operational.

Any suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks

Bob

It sounds like your SeeLevel system is not getting power or sending a signal to the Spyder system. It should light up when you press a button if it's getting power. Pull the panel in the wet bay by removing the four screws. There may be a fuse in the circuit to the display panel.

Dan,

Thanks for suggesting to look there. It was not a fuse, the wire connectors on the back were not fully snapped in. Now I don't have to guess how much XXXX is in there.

Bob

The tank level indication is a big disappointment on my new Allegro 36LA. Fortunately the fresh water tank is visible behind a compartment door so you can see exactly how much is left. They purport to indicate level in thirds. Most other coaches show quarters. It will show 1/3 until about 2 inches of water remains. SeeLevel is an after market system that is much more precise than the indicators used by Tiffin. Google it.
