SeeLevel Installation

Looking through the See View installation threads I have not found the information that I need.
We have the upgraded Spyder monitor next to the bathroom door in our 2017 Phaeton 36 GH. Spyder says that their part KITTGW 801 is required for a See View installation with their monitor. My question is, will the See View senders connect directly to the Spyder 801 module or do I need to purchase and install a complete See View system, like 709RVC, then tap off the 709 to the Spyder 801?
Thanks!
Happy Trails!

You have to buy the SeeLevel 709RVC system and install it in the wet bay and tap into the Spyder network. The Spyder system can't read the SeeLevel sensors directly, or at least it couldn't when I upgraded ours. Be sure you get the non LP (Propane) version whether you have propane or not as that is reported separately to the Spyder panel.

You will also need to contact Spyder to get a firmware update so it will display on the Spyder panel. If I remember correctly the installation kit from Spyder includes the firmware update, network cable tap and wiring. I did this conversion on our 2017 Phaeton five years ago.

Thanks Shawn and Lt. Dan. The new Garnet/See level 708-RVC-H looks interesting. With the CAN buss kit from Spyder, the 709-AR2 senders and the 708 module, it appears to be a plug, program and play system. The 708 is small and can be easily located unlike a 709 monitor. I have already upgraded the control panel by the bathroom door to the color Spyder monitor. I really do not need a capacity monitor in the wet bay and that bay is a PITA to work behind the control panel.
Does anyone see something that I might be missing?
Happy Trails!

Sounds like a good plan. The only thing I can add is I use the display in the wet bay all the time when dumping holding tanks or filling with fresh water.
