Shade problem

I just bought a 2011 43 Bus. One of the few problems is a couple of the shades will not work. They are electric shades and I don't know who makes them. I intellitech on my Travel Supreme and it was necessary to have a special computer program to fix them. Is this true of this brand?

Give Tiffin Service a call. They should be able, with your VIN number, tell you which model/make of shades were installed. Also check your bedroom closet. Tiffin posts a build sheet back there which tells you make and serial number of all the stuff installed in the coach.

I’ve got the same 2011 43’7” QGP
and my electric shades are MCD from McKinney Texas. I’ve had a few times that I’ve had the same problem. They have a programmable system that the owner can do. Just Google or U tube the procedure.
