I ordered my front Koni shocks from Shock Warehouse at a very competitive price and they arrived in just a couple of days. I didn't have any problems with them.

I ordered my 4 front shocks from SW and tried to contact them to get a tracking number.
I was never able to reach them.! I tried phone, email many times a day for more than a week without success.i was getting very nervous of not getting the parts but I finally received them.
This has to be the worst customer service ever and I'm not the only one saying that, just google Shock Warehouse and complaints.
Needless to say, I ordered my 6 rear Koni from UltraRV. A couple of dollars more but it's worth for my blood pressure.

Ditto. Ordered my Koni shocks from Shock Warehouse last November. They later emailed and said were on back order but they assured me would be in by mid December which was important as we were heading to Florida for the winter. Shocks didn’t arrive until mid January. Luckily after about 15 calls I was able to finally get someone to answer the phone and was able change the shipping address. Ended up paying someone to install because I didn’t have necessary tools in Florida. Most frustrating part was poor customer service. They didn’t answer calls or email. Worst customer service I have ever had.
