Smile Shower Upgrade/replacement

I have a brand new 2000 Allegro bay 34 ft (it's in great shape; paints a little faded. I am 70 years old and selling my home and down grading. When I complete everything I will hopefully just owe Jesus Christ and taxes. Don't know why I felt compelled to tell you this, but what the heck.

I want to upgrade my bathroom, mainly my shower. The best I can come up with is a 24 wide, 42 to 44 inch length, woops, hold on a minute, I didn't measure the height, will be right back. 76 height. It has the mini tub/shower and I would like to do something to make it bigger. I'm 6ft 2in and 220 lbs, not a little guy.

I need the brain power of this forum to give me some ideas. I have asked questions before and you have come through for me so give it your best shot.

Searching online you should be able to find several places that will sell you a shower stall to fit your existing space. Be aware, getting it in the door may prevent you from getting anything different.

I saw a suggestion about just using a curved shower curtain bar. Will give you a bit more elbow room without really adding to the footprint of your tub/shower
