Side Camera's

We are getting a 2006 Tiffin Phaeton and it doesn't have the side view camera's.
I would like to put some on, has anyone every done this?
If so share how you did it

I'd gladly give you mine, if there was such a process. It's unnatural to look at the dashboard instead of your mirrors when changing lanes or turning. I'm focused on those mirrors, especially when pulling the Jeep. Make sure the expense is worth it before you spring for something you may not use.

Yup, what pbucha said.

I’ve driven large vehicles for a long time, along with School buses during semi-retirement and never had side view mirrors.

Mirrors, mirrors, mirrors are what you end up using.

I usually tow a vehicle and when passing I use the rear view camera to see that my toad is clear the vehicle I am passing. The system on my 2018 would switch to side view when the turn indicator was on. Useless. I cut the trigger wires to retain my rear view.

What each of them said ^^^^
I want to have mine disassociated with turn signals...

The rear camera lets me know when I have passed a car I am overtaking MUCH better than the side camera and

I LOATH when the rear picture goes away for 5 seconds while switching to and then 5 seconds back from !

I also adjusted my mirrors such that the lower mirrors eliminate the blind spots...
