Slide not working Electric Bed Slide

Rear drivers slide ( bed ) not working, motor spins freely both in and out. contacted Red Bay and ordered it today. Great support from them in identifying part needed. Motor and gears are one unit from them. They are Lippett parts. If some one out there has been through this replacement i could sure use some advice on how to do this. The slide is all the way in and getting to the area to work on it is crazy. Coach is a 2011 phaeton 36'.4 slide. Slide is electric.

I would probably prefer to work on this out, but have not done this previously. Have you checked out YouTube? I bet there is a video of someone replacing this motor. I will check and see if I can find one for you.
