There's nowhere near enough information here to help you.

If you are referring to the Schwintek slide controllers, they are located in the second to last compartment on the passenger side in most coaches. They are usually mounted high up on the back wall of the compartment.

Slides on 2011 Tiffin 38QBA
We have a 2012 Tiffin RED QSA. There are no dual motor slides on our unit. Both passenger side slides are hydraulic powered by the HWH jack system. The 2 drivers slides are powered by single electric motors.
To my knowledge, all dual motor units are made by Schwintek. If you see geared tracks on the outside side of your slide(s) then you have Schwintek. If not there is no motor sync controller.

I interpreted that as one motor on each side = dual motors.

Slide Out Motors
DRM901
You or correct, there is only a single motor per slide on our rig. Having 2 motors does not make it a "dual motor" slide system.
The Schwintek system used 2 motors per slide, one on each side of the slide. These motors are built into the coaches walls and require synchronization with each other to operate correctly. They are referred to as "dual motor" slides.
