Splendide/Ariston washer dryer
We have the above referenced stackable combo in our new 2013 Phaeton. Holy cow....it takes that dryer 100+ minutes to dry a simple small load of laundry. What is your experience ?

Is it vented? Dryers that are not vented to the outside take much longer to dry than their vented counterparts.

I would assume it is vented to the outside.

We have a new all in one Splendide/vented , load with caution, from your discription of dry time you may be overloading .
Queen sheet set washes fine , but DW stops at the end of the wash cycle and hangs one of the sheets in the shower,then dries the second, each sheet is dry in 20 min.
6 towels will take an hours dry time,consider that max load.
JMHO. no mater what , it beats the he.. out of packing everything to a laundramat and spending the afternoon there every week.

Splendide 2100 combo unit here....50 minutes to dry 3 pairs of Levi's. Not bad in my opinion. I love my unit and have only replaced it once in 11 years

Same here. The larger the dryer the longer it takes to dry. After all they all operate at 110v. Splendid washers rince at 1200 RPM, the reason we bought our 2100.

Most RV dryers, either combo or stackable, are only 120V so they don't dry as well as a residential dryer which are 240V.
Try smaller loads. Smaller loads will also reduce wrinkles somewhat.

Just a follow-up
I'm talking about a load with two towels, a few undies and a pair of socks. The washer is great.....not sure about the dryer.

What DW and I are wearing is a load.
Neighbor does wash in the rig every day for 90 minutes.
We do laundry every 2 weeks in 90 minutes at the resort laundry.
Each to their own, but I still do not understand.
Just sayin.....

Load seems very reasonable. Check your vent for any restrictions. Keep in mind not all RV mounted dryers vent to the outside. Those that vent to the outside do a much better job of drying.

After watching what some fellow RV'ers have washed in the park laundry, oily shop towels, dog bedding etc... I'll continue to use my own washer/dryer.
Same reason I don't use the CG's showers or restrooms. I know who has been in mine.

My point in saying their load seemed very reasonable was that the load was too small to be causing the extended drying time and to look elsewhere for the cause.
