2018 RED 37 PA. Bedroom Spyder control panel not working when any of the buttons are pressed. Backlight is lit, but panel not working.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I would pop the panel out and r&r the connector. Step two would be to reboot the Spyder system.

I can't speak specifically to your coach, but all require that the house batteries be turned off for about a minute, then back on. Some also require that the chassis batteries be turned off as well, and some have a 5a fuse near the house disconnect that must be pulled.
