Spyder panel DCV display

I recently noticed while running both heaters the DCV in the Spyder panel displaying in red 11.8 volts.
I went out and checked the DCV at the batteries and found 12.3
Is this normal?
I ask because my AGS is set to start the GEN at 12 volts and it did not

Are you on shore power? The voltages should not drop that low if you are. I have found there is a discrepancy between what the Spyder shows and what a meter on the battery will show. Some of that is due to voltage drop through the wiring.

Did you try to reset the AGS? In any event I would certainly run the generator for a few hours.

Yes I did run the GEN for a few, just wondering why the big difference in readings and wondering if the Spyder display is adjustable?
