Spyder Panel offline

As I was packing for our Thanksgiving trip, I noticed an alert at the main Spyder panel. The bedroom panel was offline. I did a power off and power on, but that did not clear the fault. I popped the panel cover and found the network LED not lit.

Is this a remove and replace or is there any other troubleshooting I can do.

I've never done it but the panel can be removed and hooked directly to the panel in the rear closet. I have gone thru 3 user panels so far since taking delivery of my 2018 40 QBH. Dealer is replacing under warranty. Don't forget your monochrome panel on the other side of the bed can serve as a duplicate until you can do better.
Also, hit the web site. Pretty good info there.

Take the panel off the wall with the screws under the cover. Check the crimp on the network plug on the back. These plugs are not always crimped well and a light squeeze with pliers helps with the contact. Be sure to secure the wire in the wall so it doesn't drop back in the hole. There is also the possibility of a bad connection on the back of the main Spyder panel. Plugging the switch panel directly into the netport on the main panel will tell you if it's a bad panel or in the wiring somewhere.

Took delivery on a new 2019 34PA. Same thing, main Spyder panel shows bedroom is off line. Everything works on the rig, except for some reason it shows a code for bedroom offline. Before I left the dealer, they called Tiffin, which didn't know how to fix it. They are sending a new panel.

We also took delivery of a new 2019 AB 40IP on 11/5 and had trouble with the bedroom Spydre wiring. The bed lift went offline. New board is ordered and none in stock anywhere. Spydre won’t have one out until after Thanksgiving!!!
