Spyder problem

Hello everyone,
I have a bit of an issue going on. We had to replace

our main screen on our 2017 Vilano. We'll we thought
we were good except none of the child panels

Will communicate with the main panel. How do you pair the room panels with the main panel?

Thanks for any help you might have.

First off, Welcome to IRV2!

If you haven't done so, turn off all 12v power for a few minutes to reboot the Spyder system. There should not be any pairing as they are all part of the same network.

Just for reference, the main panel does not communicate directly with the child panels. All of them are connected to the common "brain" in the G6 panels located in the RV. Not having a VanLeigh I can't tell you where they are located but the systems will be the same. One thing you can check is the connector on the back of the main panel. A common issue with these is a failed crimp on the four conductor network connection. Use a pair of pliers and re-crimp both connectors.

If you need try calling Spyder. They are great at trouble shooting over the phone. They have helped me three times. They also will sell you parts directly from them. They have records of exactly what have based on VIN number.
