After this weekend my step quit working in the closed position... Contacted Tiffin, turns out that the Kwikee Step just needed a good wack with a hammer and it working fine now...

It took me 6 weeks at a kwikee certification course to achieve what you did in one phone call .Good job,sometimes things stick..

In gun smithing this is called "alignment with an adjustment tool". You can charge more money that way.
