Steps Hit Ground

My retracting entry steps always seem to scrape the ground when the coach air is dumped. Is there anyway to get them not to do that?

After you dump the air, level the coach before you open the door.

I don't level it when it is the storage yard.

My 2022 Allegro RED360 33AA steps will hit the ground if the left side of the coach is raised more than the right during levelling. Haven't looked into yet myself, as the unit is at the dealer with a punch list. I'll ask about it when I pick up the unit.
