Tail/Brake Light Lens

Does anybidy know how to make access to the rear brake lights without taking it to the dealership. Afetr washing my 2010 Phaeton, I found moisture inside the lens.

Don't know how to access but have a question for you.
Why you would want to access the lights with a new rig and while under warranty.
