Tank gauges stopped displaying

We are 3 days into our trip and all 3 tank gauges stopped displaying, fresh-black-gray, and all say 0%. I have tried researching a fix but have had no luck. Does anyone know of a fix or can I get pointed in the right direction to finding one?

thanks

Assuming you are talking about the water tanks that sounds like a power or ground wire loose at the display. I'd remove the control panel from the wall and look for the power wires. Pull the lugs off and push them back on. RV's shake and jiggle and do loosen wires. If other things have gone dark too then check the 12v fuses. If that doesn't work it gets trickier.

The first thing to try is re-boot your Spyder system by turning the 12v house power off for about fifteen seconds and turning it back on. Your tank gauges are the new kind that are supplied by Spyder and are part of their mulitplex system. They are not the old style stick-on but from what I have seen are an actual float level. If that doesn't work, then you may have a ground or supply wire issue.

I had an issue with one of the tank sensors on my 2019 Phaeton. You do have a system that is different from any that were used in the past. The wires from all of the sensors go to the back of the indicator in your wet bay. Check that indicator for readings. If nothing, check the connectors on the back of the indicator. One will come from the tanks and the other will connect to the rest of the Spyder system.

In other words, all tank indications depend on the display in the wet bay. The other touchpads in your coach simply repeat what is shown in the wet bay.

BTW, the folks at Spyder told me that you have to turn off both house and chassis disconnects to properly reboot the system on a 2019 coach..

Thanks to all that responded. This reset you suggested seems to have worked.
