Tiffin 33BR Plumbing Diagrams

Hope the community can help! I have been trying to get the plumbing diagram(s) for my 2022 33BR from Customer Service, but no help yet.

Among other things, I am trying to find out if ALL of the water coming into my Breeze goes through the built-in water filter, or just the water that goes to the kitchen or something...

Does anybody know?

Thanks!

There are two plumbing diagrams in this thread:
https://www.irv2.com/forums/f258/wat...lp-600480.html.

There have been a number of threads discussing the coverage of the water filter and the consensus is that only the cold water runs through the filter, which is consistent with the diagram in post #5 by Lt Dan in the above link.

Check this link for a lengthy discussion:

This Community is GREAT!

WOW! Thanks so much for sharing this info KenTep! Very helpful! Since the one diagram does not show a filter, I'll go with the 2014 Tiffin Allegro Breeze diagram that shows all cold water to faucets and the shower are filtered.

I really appreciate it!

If your Coach is similar to other Tiffin models, water going into the fresh water tank is not filtered. Neither is the hot water system, all cold water coming from the tank or via city water is filtered.
For that reason I along with many others use an a good external filter at the water source in a campground.

Thanks garyKK! That seems to be the case. I have relatively low water pressure, compared to my previous RV, and I need to check the water filter - the dealer SAID all of that was serviced, but I have to check today...

Prefilter

An Airstream owner found that their whole house heating system that uses water to distribute the heat was full of sand. The coach had been used as housing while a S&B was built. The complete system had to be replaced.

Clear2o used to sell a dirt trap pre-filter system. We purchased one, but never used it as before it was installed, the report of fractured housings came out. I like the idea a lot, but suspect at least the early versions are suspect.

We continue to use the Camco Blue type general purpose filters as an all coach pre-filter. Unfortunately, I recently figured out that those filters are carbon units and they remove the chlorine from the city water we use to fill the fresh water tank. I had always thought the city chlorine would keep the fresh tank relatively fresh, but ........ maybe not. Since we only use fresh tank water for toilet flushing on the road, no harm, no foul, but not really the situation that I always assumed.

There is a lot to think about when you consider how to filter water. I think I have some more research to do and maybe a big filter to replace.
