We are on our 3rd Tiffin: 2004 Allegro Bay; 2014 Allegro Open Road; 2019 Phaeton. From my experience, I would skip the in-dash nav. That is a $1100 option and you get much better nav with a standalone Garmin - RV770, RV 780/785 or the newer top of the line Garmin. I would then upgrade radio to a better head unit with Android Auto/Apple Carplay. Definitely ceiling fan and probably central vac. Have no experience with liquid springs but would recommend Safe-T-Plus stabilizer. Also go for 7.0 generator and inverter.
Good luck and happy trails. You should be happy with your new Tiffin.

I would skip the built in nav, better off with a stand alone unit. Also you have to pay each year for an update.
Don’t shrug at the washer and drier. We use ours all the time. After seeing some laundries in some of the campgrounds we have stopped at, sure glad we have them. A lot more convenient too. I don’t know how many ACs your unit has but if you can get more, do it.

The bedroom ceiling fan looks cool; but, really does not move much air. Liquid Springs is an awesome option if you can swallow the price tag. I have driven the the Liquid Springs demonstrator (2019 34PA) twice and even my wife commented on the difference in the ride. Buying that option in a new coach brings the cost down to about $9k. If you don’t get the LS, you will likely spend $2k-$3k on other suspension mods to make the ride reasonably decent. I agree with Gary on the washer/dryer. I absolutely hate sitting in laundromats.

We absolutely love ours.
Yes on everything but the LS for us.
Fireplace is great and provides some warmth on cooler mornings.
Ceiling fan moves no air that I can feel in bed.
Yes on the Safe T Plus
The 2021 offers a "Dinette w/Lift TV" have not seen this but could be nice. We actually have and like the "L" couch.

Definitly get the 2000w inverter option.

The TV location was one negative I had when looking at the 34PA. Now if I could get recliners along with the "Dinette w/Lift TV" the 34PA would be a great option for me if I downsize.

Our coach came with fireplace and washer dryer. We didn't think we would use them but we do. they are nice. We like the washer dryer for the convenience and I like the fireplace because I awaken early and turn on the fireplace leaving the bedroom heat alone. Wife is happy.

I also would not get the in-dash navigation. I did on mine and no longer use it. Bought a Garmin RV770 and love it. It's a better GPS than the in-dash unit, map updates are free for the foreseeable future, and the on-dash location is much better for viewing. I would also recommend you reconsider the washer/dryer option. On ours it was not an option, but we use it all the time. Saves on the amount of clothes you bring on trips and allows you to spread out the more"major" laundromat stops. We also do not full-time. I'd also recommend the dinnette computer desk option vs. the booth dinette setup. Personally I don't like booth dinettes in RV's, so I have a bias here. But I also like the intimacy of a nice meal with my wife sitting in chairs across from one another at a nice table. And you have two additional chairs under the bed if you have guests. Finally, get the king mattress if you can. Plenty of room for it. Also we got the memory foam option and really like it. Have fun with your MH. We thoroughly enjoy ours.

It's a good question to ask but... you won't know til you have it a while which things you prefer and which things you won't use much. And you won't agree with others preferences 100%. So I would load it up - adding later is not best option.
Useful and favorite to us options for longer stays in our 34pa. In no particular order
Having a printer cabinet and the extra storage in the workstation dining. (also having the four chairs to sit around a fold out card table)
Fireplace for chill mornings
Washer and Dryer
Ceiling fan. Ours works fine after setting blade pitch
I like the in-dash Nav / Radio for convenience. Upgrade s/w every two years
Upgraded gen and inverter!!
We hate our L sofa - it's a brochure only item
The only thing I don't love about our 34PA is the camp side slide out and slide out mounted awning not covering doorway.

Tarheel, can you enlighten me on the fan pitch adjustment? I haven't looked at it and it may obvious, just never even considered there was an adjustment. I'd go look now but it's 30 miles away.
Thanks

The adjustment is to gently twist each fan blade (equally along axis) to provide more pitch. I was surprised how easy they bend. Doesn't require much movement to be effective. Tweak each blade the same and test. etc. Our fan runs just as smooth as before but actually moves a little air now.

Thanks.
Now at least I know it can be done.
From the factory it is really useless.
Hope I don't screw it up.
