Tiffin 34PA rear heater issue.

We purchased a new 2019 Open Road Allegro 34PA at a local RV show. On one of our outing we needed to use the heater in the bedroom and found there was limited to no airflow. When we took it in to have the problem addressed they found that the ducking had an extreme bend that restricted the air flow. The photo below was their fix. They removed the drawer and had the ducking come straight out from the heater. They replaced the drawer front for cosmetics. Otherwise the ducking would be on the other side of the drawer slide with the ducking being crimped shut. We are now short the lower drawer in the bathroom. Is this a design flaw that has been corrected? Was our heater unit not install properly that required the ducking to have such an extreme bend?

Is there a better fix to allow the replacement of the bottom bathroom drawer?

In the latest issue of RIS, Danny Inman reports that the issue has been resolved in the newer models by eliminating the drawer.

Yep - My 2019 34 PA (built in November/Dec 2018) only has 2 drawers in the bathroom cabinet.

I was wondering why my 2020 had that space there. Makes sense now!
