Has anyone figured out how to move the TV's so that you can check the HDMI or component connections.

TV's (at least interior TVs) are mounted with a "J" hook type mount. There will be a series of screws in a bracket along the bottom edge. Remove those screws and lift the TV off the mount. Everything is accessible
