Tiffin Allegro Service

How hard was it to find a service facility when traveling? Did you have to wait and take it back to Alabama or did you find service readily available?

I guess it depends on the type of service you need. We have been to Red Bay, but only because we were passing through the area. If we needed something else done I would look locally. You might want to check out the Tiffin RV network and post some specific questions there.

When you need chassis service, you can go to any facility that works on the make of chassis that your coach is built on.

When you need service for any of your RV house systems (furnace, water heater, refrigerator, etc., you can go to almost any RV service center. Many of the appliances for motorhomes and towables are the same or similar.

If you work performed under warranty, Tiffin will frequently permit a non-Tiffin dealer to perform the work, especially if you live or are traveling far from the dealer from which you bought the coach.

Lots of Tiffin owners go to Red Bay for service because they know the technicians there know Tiffin coaches inside and out, and they know parts will likely be available; but going to Red Bay is a choice, usually not a necessity.
