I have spoken to sereral people who had some of their furniture changed out at Red Bay. I didn't ask the question, but how does this work? Example, a couch for a chair and computer table. Do you just pay the difference or do you pay the whole new price and what you had is scrap?

Tiffin is not in the used furniture business. They won't give you anything for your old couch or whatever. However, what we did recently was buy a damaged euro reclilner from Tiffin. It had very little damage and is hardly noticeable. Then we went across the street to McKinney RV and found a used computer table. McKinney RV also bought our old couch from us. We saved quit a bit.

On a new coach it can be done. Tiffin does not vary from the build list in order to keep the production line moving but after it's built my dealer told me that they will give full credit on new unused furniture, so it is possibly to swap something before you take delivery.
