Tiffin headlights
anyone know what type of headlights were used on 2016 Tiffin Allegro Open Road? or, are the headlights the same on the 2016 Allegro open road and the 2016 Red?
Thanks in advance

If you’re replacing the assembly, pull the headlight assembly and find the part number on it. Search online for it online. I did on one of rigs and saved hundreds of dollars.

You could ask Tiffin .... they usually use a normal automobile headlight at the time.

I believe they are Chevy Suburban headlight assemblies, although at the moment I can't tell you the model year(s). However, if you are dealing with fogging/abrasion of the lenses, the Wash Wax All people have released (a year or so ago) and new product to rejuvenate the lenses that is outstanding. I used it on my lenses last spring and had super results on my Open Road, which I bought new in 2016. The lenses were so "fogged" they were essentially useless. The restoration process was easy, and endured last year's nearly 10K road miles extremely well. Check out their website for a how-to video. I'm very pleased with the results and they are entirely good to go for another season.

three easy options here. Call Tiffin. Look at the front and back sides of the light and hopefully find an identifying sticker or part number. Take it to a body shop and they should be able to very quickly identify the year, make, and model of headlights used for your coach.

If I remember correctly our 2015 RED had the headlights from a 2009 Chevy Silverado Pickup. As noted, if they are fogged I highly recommned the CeraKote headlight restoration kit. It will make them look brand new again for less than $20.
Here is a photo of the finished product, unfortunately I didn't take a shot of the before which was badly fogged and yellowed.

If the bulbs are halogen, I recommend swapping them for LED. I had a fog/driving light (3.5" round lights below the headlights) break from a rock on our last trip. The original light was halogen, but it isn't available anymore. So, I went LED. The white light was so much better than the yellow light that I then swapped out the headlight bulbs as well.
I got these.

I stand corrected, LT Dan's recollection is correct.

We were able to find replacements for our 2013 Tiffin on https://www.headlightsdepot.com/
They seem to have most motorhomes listed.

Here's a list a friend of our sent. It lists your requested headlight information.

This is my 2018 before and after Ceracote. I also believe they are Toyota Sienna headlights from that same era.

2013 Allegro Open Road
My 2013 is from a 2008 Chevy truck.
The are Chicom knockoffs. I can’t adjust them as they blind oncoming traffic and are fogging over.
I swear we need to file a class action lawsuit against the manufacturers of these crappy lenses.
My 1990 Honda Accord has GLASS lenses and are perfectly clear!
