Tiffin newbie question about warranty work

We have two items we want fixed in the next month or so. One for sure is a warranty item - an incredibly noisy, rubbing passenger step cover - and the other is a broken deadbolt - really broken in that it came off in our hands the first time we tried to use it! We would prefer going to Red Bay for a number of reasons, but I don’t know the process. Do I just show up and wait my turn in line? Should I call ahead?

Have you contacted the dealer where you bought the RV? Sounds like some things that could be repaired locally without going to Red Bay.
If you go to Red Bay, go to the service center on 4th street and check in. then you will be placed on a waiting list for warranty repairs. They do not take appointments for repairs, it's first come first served but newer warranty covered MHs get priority over older MHs.

The dealer is the same distance as Red Bay, so I would just as soon go to RB. Let’s face it - buying from a dealer doesn’t help a lot getting into service particularly if you are traveling over thousands of miles.

With just two items to be repaired, they can probably get you into an express bay in a few days. In the express bay, you get two techs for three hours. They can do a lot in that time, so make a list and prioritize any other items you might want fixed. Be sure to check in at the service center when you get there and Norris or someone will come around the next morning to see what your needs are. There are other places in town to stay, but since you are still in warrant the stay is free at the service center campground.

FYI. Arrived at Red Bay on Sunday with warranty items to repair. Told today to go to bay tomorrow. So warranty (<1yr old) covered MHs do get priority.
